With the recent announcement of the BE Group that business funding is now available for a variety of projects, including franchising, we are seeing the re-emergence of business support in the North East and in particular the Tees Valley region.
Prior to the recession, the North East had a fantastic business support structure for growing businesses, much of which was reduced drastically due to cutbacks. However, as businesses now work to re-establish themselves and grow, expansion strategies such as franchising look quite attractive. Upto 50% funding can be obtained which will help businesses develop, launch and recruit franchisees.
All in all, a good thing for the Tees Valley region and its people.
